OverWatch Consulting works with law enforcement and government agencies, as well as private organizations across the country, to provide a variety of services including: court ordered mental health evaluations throughout the Greater Tampa Bay Region, critical incident stress debriefing, trauma/crisis recovery, officer involved shooting debriefing, police specialty team evaluations, pre-employment screenings, and much more.

Located in Tampa, Florida, OverWatch Consulting works with the men and women of MacDill Air Force Base's U.S. Central Command and Special Operations Command. OverWatch Consulting also assists with transitional programs for military members entering careers in law enforcement.
